At our SIL service, your voice genuinely shapes the way we support you. We welcome all feedback — big or small — because it helps us improve, stay accountable, and make sure you feel safe, respected, and heard in your home.
You can share a compliment, suggestion, concern, or complaint at any time. You won’t be treated differently for speaking up, and you can choose to remain anonymous if you prefer. We take every piece of feedback seriously and respond promptly, fairly, and in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
